Mobile Service Experience
All services are provided as a private, in-home experience for your comfort and convenience. I arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to each scheduled appointment to allow time for professional setup and to ensure your session begins promptly.
• A travel fee may apply based on location
• Please ensure adequate space for setup prior to your appointment
• A reminder will be sent the day before your appointment and requires confirmation that no one in the home has been ill in the past 7 days. Without confirmation, the appointment will be canceled.

Booking & Policies
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
• A valid phone number and physical address are required to schedule any appointment.
• This information is necessary for communication, travel logistics, and appointment confirmation.
• Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.
• Evening appointments are limited and not guaranteed.
• If the client is not ready at the scheduled appointment time, the session will still end at the original end time.
• If access to the location is delayed, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment still required.
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for any reason that compromises safety, professionalism, or comfort.
